All items in stock will ship within a 7 to 14 day time frame from the date the order was placed. If the order ships outside this time frame the customer will be notified. All items will be shipped on weekdays.
We try our best to ensure your order arrives on time. Please keep in mind that your tracking number is an estimated delivery date. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Shipping Times and Tracking
All items will be shipped using United States Postal Service First Class, Priority or DHL. Items ordered outside of the United States will be shipped through DHL. Once your items have dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only accept returns if you receive the item damaged.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address has been provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Damaged Items/Order Does Not Arrive
The United States Postal Service's online tools allow you to track your parcel through USPS Tracking®. Although we can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items, please contact us. If your package has been noticeably damaged we encourage you to submit a file through USPS, however, if you have not received your package we advise you to begin the process of submitting a search request through USPS as well.
